Everybody greets Janine Togonon, Miss Philippines as she won the 1st Runner-up. Everybody deserves to win and so Janine deserves to be the Miss Universe 2012 too. We are also very proud of a young Filipina that you were able to carry how life should be easier or tougher regardless of the language so long that you have the heart to serve and influence people with strong mind and that is what you have for us, Filipinos. The pageant has passed but you will always be our Miss Universe. May this winning of yours brings you to a greater involvement in helping and using that winning heart to influence our people to do better to succeed. A toast for you!!! Again, congratulations!
