Chilli pepper's wonder

Are you fond of eating? Cooking? Chilli pepper is one of the ingridients that most Filipinos love to use to spice up food. It is best used when cooking "Chilli pork Adobo", Bicol express, meat stew with coconut milk, and many more. It is called siling labuyo, a
small, slender chili peppers having the scientific name Capsicum frutescens. My sister has planted one in our little garden and we are constantly getting some leaves when cooking "Chicken Tinola" and it tastes really different. So other than the chilli pepper itself, we can also use its leaves to add a different taste in our food.

There are some more food and recipes we can use this siling labuyo. I will share some food recipes on my next writings...

If you find this article helpful, please feel free to share...Thanks guys!

Pet Dog; Shaddie, a tucson

Shaddie is very lovable and a smart dog. We had adopted him from Paraan's clinic last May 2012 and now he has grown so much in just a short time. He wants to always sleep and sit on our bed, anywhere that he has seen a cushion. He is a softy fluppy dog...hehehe! My son and the kids love him so much! These are recently shots when he was in our garden...

Shaddie also loves Adobo.
