Patar: A hidden paradise in Bolinao

Bolinao Adventure

Bolinao is a hidden paradise situated on a cape of the northwestern tip of Pangasinan; This is located in one of the Ilocanos provinces in the Philippines and approximately 40 kilometers away from Alaminos City, 79 kilometers away from Lingayen, and 274 kilometers from Manila via Camiling, Tarlac.
My team, Team Jeric spent a day and a night in this place and it was really awesome. I fell inlove with the view, the water and the people around. They are really warm and kind and very hospitable, well common trait of filipinos. The stay in Bolinao would remain one of the best experiences I have with the best people too.
how could this be forgotten? Of course, we did it too!

how could this be forgotten? Of course, we did it too! All girls jumpshot...It is a shot without a jump...lol!

Cape Bolinao Lighthouse

Cape Bolinao Lighthouse
Folk etymology attributes the name "Bolinao" or this remote fishing enclave from the fish piece "monamon" but commonly called "Bolinao" by the Tagalogs, Bicolanos and the Visayans.
If you are searching for the perfect hideaway with endless fun, pleasure and relaxation, then Bolinao is the place for you. Frolic barefoot in the pristine, crystal-clear waters and the sugary white sands of Patar White Beach, or view the breathtaking azure waters of the South China Sea atop the Cape Bolinao Lighthouse. I have a picture of that Lighthouse on the right and everybody really enjoyed the stay here. They have fresh food, and we had some "inihaws of variety like fish, meats, we had some crabs too and many more.

Sunset at Bolinao
This is a very relaxing scene at sunset in Bolinao. After all the fun we had, jumpshot, some social drinking, jamming, swimming, we just all sat and stare at this sight. It was so lovely and calm and seems like all your troubles were forgotten at least for awhile but then, it gave peace by simply looking at the calm water.
We enjoyed the team building here so much and I would recommend this place to everybody. Try and have some fun!  Have a blast of more on my next write ups...please visit http://adin0113.wordpress.com. Thanks! Have a good one everyone! ^^

GetAway by the Beach

I just realized of writing  and thought about this place...just now! I was in the midst of browsing thru my collection of Photos of different kinds and occasions when this got my attention. I have a very large collection of more than 100gb of photos. Though I have been in this place sometime in 2009 when I was still with my team... I never thought of writing a good catch about it. Betcha, you will ask me why just now?...I also don't know why, but  to my realization, I just want to share a bit coz I feel calm and seems like a perfect picturesque in mind about being steady and I feel like my mind is at peace when I saw these photos...

Almalin, Lobo Batangas is a great place plus if you are with the company of great people...you get satisfaction and truly a memorable experience. It never brought us that long to this place. We started the travel from our office after shift in Makati. We  reached the beach in 2 to 3 hours of driving.  Almalin, Lobo Batangas is a nice place...It is like any other spot in the Philippines where you can get the mood with the calm water, seafood experience on the seashore, great company with great friends...

 This reminds me of this:

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
                             when I was suffering from
                         anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
      "You promised me Lord,
         that if I followed you,

you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
                                 there have only been one
set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
you have not been there for me?"

                                 The Lord replied,
                          "The times when you have
seen only one set of footprints,

          is when I carried you."
                                                   Mary Stevenson

Put iPod into Disk Mode

Do you still have an iPod classic or iPod Video?

Today, you wil learn how to manually put an iPod into Disk Mode. When troubleshooting an issue with your iPod, it's sometimes helpful to manually put it into Disk Mode. After manually placing an iPod into Disk Mode, you will have to reset iPod in order to return it to its normal operating state. These steps are applicable if you have an iPod with a Click Wheel including the following
  • Fifth Generation iPod
  • iPod mini
  • iPod (Click Wheel)
  • iPod with a color display
  • iPod photo
  • iPod nano

Before you manually place the iPod into Disk Mode

Verify that it has a charge, if not you need to either charge iPod before continuing or connect it to power. You can either connect it to a high-powered USB port, or plug the iPod Power Adapter into an electrical outlet and connect iPod to the power adapter.Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Set it to Hold, then turn it off again.
Then Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons for at least 6 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Now, When the Apple logo appears, release the Menu and Select buttons and immediately press and hold the Select and the Play/Pause buttons until the Disk Mode screen appears.
Disconnect iPod from the power adapter and connect it to your computer; the screen on the iPod will change and say "Do not disconnect" If you are having difficulty putting an iPod model with a Click Wheel into Disk Mode, set the iPod on a flat surface. And make sure that the finger pressing the Select button is not touching the Click Wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Play/Pause button toward the outside of the Click Wheel and not near the center.
If you are still unable to put your iPod with a Click Wheel into Disk Mode
You use one finger from one hand to press the Select button, and one finger from the other hand to press the Play/Pause button.
If you have an older iPod model without a Click Wheel. Before manually placing the iPod into Disk Mode you should verify that it has a charge, if not you need to either charge iPod before continuing or connect it to power. You can connect it to the iPod Power Adapter which needs to be connected to an electrical outlet or a 6-pin Firewire port on your computer.Toggle the Hold switch on and off.
